Titan will send a licensed healthcare team to your location at no cost to you.

AGES 2+

We have vaccine available for ages 2+ and will offer high dose vaccine for ages 65+.

DO I HAVE TO BE A TITAN PATIENT?

Nope, we can offer vaccines to anyone with insurance regardless of if you are a Titan patient or not. We will just need a copy of your insurance card and photo ID when we provide the vaccine.
