We use an electronic medical record called Elation.  The patient portal is called Passport.  When you schedule your first appointment you will be given instructions for setting up a Passport account.  This will allow you to email your provider, request certain refills, receive lab orders and results and more all on a HIPPA secure platform.  If you already are set up for Passport you can use the link below to access your account.
