Meet Our Health Care Professionals

AMBER CAMPBELL, ARNP

Nurse Practitioner

Amber is the owner and founder of Titan Healthcare. She is an Olympia native and has been providing primary care in the Olympia area since 2006. She specializes in preventative medicine, primary care and internal medicine for people of all genders. She attended the University of Washington where she received a BS in Neurobiology and followed by a Masters in Nursing program at Seattle University. Amber loves spending time with her family, cooking, and building legos.

MORGAN ZENTNER, ARNP, CNM

Nurse Practitioner

Morgan is a family nurse practitioner and certified nurse-midwife who offers primary care for people of all genders. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, she settled in Olympia with her husband in 2014. She attended the University of Oregon, where she studied Spanish and earned a degree in International Studies. After college, she served two years in the Peace Corp as a rural health volunteer in Paraguay. She completed her masters in nursing at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. Beyond preventative care, her specialties are gynecology and PCOS. When she isn't taking care of patients, she enjoys getting outdoors–running, backpacking, snowshoeing, or gardening.

CASSIDY ERMSHAR, PA-C

Physician Assistant

Cassidy is a certified physician associate with a background in family medicine and orthopedics. She was born and raised in Olympia and is passionate about serving the people of this community. She graduated with a bachelor of arts in two-dimensional design from Whitworth University and went on to complete her Master of Clinical Health Services through the University of Washington MEDEX program. Outside of work she loves spending her time playing rec soccer with her family, kickboxing, coaching track & field, and cooking.

LORI WATERMAN, PT, DPT, OCS, PRPC

Physical Therapist

Lori has been a physical therapist since 1988, working in the Olympia area since 2006. She is board certified as an orthopedic clinical specialist and as a pelvic rehabilitation practitioner (for all genders!). At this time Lori is focusing her practice on pelvic floor. In her non-work life, she cooks, gardens, spins fiber, knits, reads books, loves yoga and weightlifting.

CAROLE LAYTON, FNTP

Nutritional Therapist

Carole is a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP), who specializes in healing gastrointestinal dysfunction, balancing the gut microbiome, and resolving food sensitivities. She also provides diabetes nutrition, successful weight management, meal planning, and emotional eating counseling. Carole understands that sleep, hydration, exercise, stress management, diet, and lifestyle are all important components to health and wellness, and provides patients with a manageable approach to creating life-long healthy habits. A Colorado native, she has called Olympia home since 1991. Summer is her favorite season, and her hobbies include organic gardening, mountain biking, backpacking, and cooking.

DEMERI

Medical Assistant

Demeri is a medical assistant and has been working alongside Morgan since 2019. She has worked in the medical field as a phlebotomist and medical assistant since 1997. She grew up in the Tumwater area and has been married to her husband for 25 years. They have two pretty cool adult boys and a daughter in law that they love hanging out with. She also surrounds herself with her two dogs and two cats, one being the former clinic cat “Kitty”.

KATY

Medical assistant

Katy has been a medical assistant since 2004 and has been working alongside Amber since 2014. Katy and her husband Trevor have three kids (and two dogs) who are their whole world! When not in the office, you can find Katy cheering on her son at football or her daughter at cheer and when the Washington weather permits soaking up the sun!

Halie joined the team this fall to support Cassidy.

AMY

Office manager

Amy is Titan Healthcare's office manager. She is a Washington native and has lived in Olympia since 1987. She has been married for 25 years and has 3 wonderful children. She spent many years running her girls all over the state to play soccer and now spends her days running her son all over to watch him play baseball. When not on the sideline cheering on her son she loves to go “glamping” and travel whenever and wherever she can.

WENDY

Office administrator

Wendy's back! Some of you might remember Wendy from our prior office. She has returned to the Titan team and will be another friendly face at the front desk to help you out!

TAMI

Revenue Manager

Tami has worked in revenue cycle management and provider credentialing for various practices throughout the state since 2002. As part of the Titan team, Tami manages our coding, billing, and insurance credentials. She is a Washington native and very proud mother and grandmother to five adult children and four grandchildren. In her spare time, Tami enjoys spending time with family and friends, and going on random adventures with her husband. Tami is a devoted rock music fan, so don’t be surprised if you see her at a local concert!

ROBIN CHAMBERLAIN

Licensed Esthetician and Certified Acne Specialist

Robin has lived in Olympia for 30 years . Her passion for aesthetics and educating her clients to achieve their best skin health has always been the motivation behind Robins aesthetics practice. Her skin treatments include Acne solutions, Clinical Facials , Clinical grade Peels, Procell MicroChanneling, Microdermabrasion , and LED Panel therapy. Additionally Robin has worked with multiple formulators to create a highly coveted skincare line only available to Refined Skin and Titan Healthcare patients. When not giving skin treatments to her clients at Titan Healthcare, you’ll find Robin and her husband exploring the Olympic peninsula hiking trails , rock hounding , or learning timber framing skills together to build their dream cabin.

SHANNON WHISENANT, RN

Registered Nurse

Shannon is a full time Registered Nurse. She has been in the medical field for over 15 years with experience in inpatient and outpatient nursing. Shannon found her passion for aesthetic nursing during her own self care journey. She wanted to be able to bring education and services to others to help them improve their self confidence and quality of life. She joined Titan as a part time nurse injector and offers Botox, and microneedling services. Shannon is available for after hours and weekend appointments by appointment. LYLA AND SLOANE

Support Dogs

Lyla and Sloane are often found at the clinic hanging out and making people feel at ease. Lyla is a certified service dog and lives with Amber. Sloane has the heart of a service dog and lives with Amber's mom.

KITTY

Clinic Cat

We are sad to report that Kitty passed away peacefully in her sleep with Demeri 5/2023. She was well loved by the clinic and Demeri's family for her final year.
